Excellent communication throughout, despite a few hitches on the way.
We were contacted well in advance of the end of our lease, gave us peace of mind to order a new lease car with plenty of lead time to cover any possible delays. Horror stories of 6 month delays would not have worked for us. Chris kept me well informed with monthly updates, without being annoying. Always left messages and returned calls.Portals/ emails for finance/ ordering etc was easy to use, even for a luddite like me !!! Hand over of end of lease car was seamless and easy to organise to coincide with new lease. Car was in excellent condition so no surprises with extra hidden expenses. Delivery driver was prompt, polite and easy. All parties kept us up to date with regular calls, made when promised, an hour before delivery/pick up. Would recommend and use again.
Excellent Service throughout from enquiry to purchase to delivery . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
